So, in the case of the lips, the lips are connected to in the inner mouth, so there is naturally a bit of spill over. Please note that texture conversions aren’t 100% because models have different maps, materials, and UV topologies, so the transformation of the destination map can overlap any number of ways. The area around the eye will not be "perfect" and some minor warping is visible on the texture maps when viewing in 2D (due to the M4 and Dusk geometries being very different there), but it will not really be seen in 3d viewers and renders.
